It will be a new year and a new beginning for our Production Director Glenn Jefferson. Glenn is moving to sunnier shores to work at our head office in the South of France as the Quality and Food Safety Manager for Royal Canin Europe. As many of you will be aware, Glenn has been instrumental in leading the production team for the past 3 years and helping us to maintain the highest standards in pet food production. We wish Glenn every success in his new role.

Stepping into Glenn's shoes, our new Production Director is Paul Croker who has been with the company here in Castle Cary for more than five years. Formerly our Engineering and Environmental Manager, Paul has managed a number of different programmes during this time, which have helped us to become one of the leading production facilities within the Royal Canin group. With Paul's knowledge, experience, enthusiasm and leadership skills, we know that he will be the perfect man to take the reins from Glenn and that he will always make himself available for anyone in the local community who may wish to ask a question regarding any aspect our production operations.
